仕事内容
【What will you be working on】
- Business Planning: Develop go-to-market strategies and action plans based on market insights and needs analysis
- Research: Keeping up-to-date with fintech/insurtech through desk-top research and/or participation in related events
- Prospecting: Continuous expansion of relationship beyond existing clients base
- Client management: Establish/maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new opportunities
- Partner management: Establish/maintain strong relationships with partner companies, seek opportunities for collaborations
- Proposals: Prepare, present, promote and price for successful deal closures
- Project Planning/Management: Develop WBS, identify risks, develop mitigation plan through proactive project management to ensure on-time/on-budget delivery
- Stakeholder management: Negotiate, convince and agree with stakeholders both internal and external
- Business Analysis: Provide insights as an insurance expert, acting as a business analyst where required
- Talent management: Hire/fire, identify and grow/nurture talents within the insurance team, as well as members involved in insurance projects to be the next “you”
- Business Tracking/Reporting

応募資格
【What they're looking for】
- Manager level or above
- Hands-on experience with core operations (e.g. New Biz, U/W, Claims, Ops)
- Involvement in IT implementation projects or business transformation projects, as subject matter expert or as a core project member
- Fluent in Both English & Japanese (JLPT N1 or near-native level) to liaise with Japanese counterparts
- Experience in any “digital” related projects is a must
