Half month salary for each Summer and Winter allowance
In addition to monthly salary, incentive bonus will be given based on the company
performance and each personal evaluation.
-In case house relocation is necessary (new house to be within 50 km from the
company), support of flat cost and company car will be considered.

- Capital accumulation benefit: maximum 40.00EUR/month (if preferred)

仕事内容
Daily
1 Document inspection, observation and management
2 Search and analyze the product defect/failure
3 Judgement/advice of handling the trouble product
4 Summarize production and failure result
5 Check COA (certificate of analysis) from suppliers and issue COA to customers
6 Perform sampling and testing for finished products
7 Interpreter
Occasional
1 Manage/revise product specification
2 Condut supplier audit
3 Make test plan for new material
4 Issue 8D Report
5 Issue Declaration Conformity of the product
6 Facilitate quality improvement actions
7 Request for quotation, issue PO for machinery/measuring equipment
8 Document management of ISO and FSSC

応募資格
Good communication skill
Basic experience and knowledge of quality control in the manufacturing company
English and Japanese. German is preferred.
Self-motivated thinking
Knowledge & experience of ISO (e.g. documentation, internal auditor) is preferred
