仕事内容
· Oversee the office operation and manage the Administration Group of Budapest Office.
· Assist management in making corporate decisions + strategic planning by providing relevant information, suggestions, and documents in a timely manner.
· Make regular monthly reports and provide periodical updates to the Head Office (Tokyo) + Regional Head Office (London), and deal with their ad-hoc requests in English/Japanese.
· Take an active role in the financial planning process, and control + analyse the expenses of the Budapest Office.
· Handle HR operations in the CEE region including recruitment, performance reviews, employee issues, training, and other general affairs.
· Monitor legal compliance and ensure to follow legislations at the Budapest Office.
· Control IT devices and maintain a safe IT environment of BUD Office.
· Provide administrative support related to their secondment, residency, housing, and personal affairs of the expatriate staffs.
· Supervise and support the overall administrative activities in the CEE region.
· Develop and implement administrative strategy within the CEE region.

応募資格
· Language: English (fluent), Japanese (fluent), Hungarian (preferred)
· Working experience in office administration, including fields such as corporate planning, finance, HR, legal, IT, general affairs etc.
· Computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in: MS Outlook, Excel (knowledge of formulas for data collection and sorting is essential), PowerPoint, Word
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to flexibly multi-task
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Effective time and task management skills
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
· Numeracy and basic accounting knowledge are strongly preferred
· Experience at a multinational company and/or an understanding in Japanese culture is a plus
