Oversee daily operations, ensure production targets are met, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
Analyze market trends and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals across various departments
Ensure all products and services meet quality standards and client expectations.
Maintain/strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Execute sustainability strategy and promote sustainable practices
Provide regular reports to the Company Group Management Team on operational performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the production or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of business functions such as finance, marketing, and operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
