Position
B2C Customer Service Contact Center Agent at IT company (Japan-capital)
Job Responsibilities
Answer phones from customers professionally and respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problem
Provide customers with the product information
Identify and escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management
Follow up complicated customer calls where required
Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
Perform other related duties, as assigned
Qualification Requirements
*Any nationality with Filipino work visa is welcomed

Filipino Work Visa
Have worked in Japan for at least 1 year
Have experience working in the Call Center industry
English proficiency: At least business level (Ability to communicate in daily business)
Excellent communication skill
Good computer skills
Ability to work with others in a close manner
Willing to work on a shifting schedule (Weekends, Holidays)
【Preferred (WANT)】
Experience in IT the industry (home appliances, audios, game machines and mobile phones)
Good understanding and experience of customer service
