-Responsible for All Plastic Injection molding machines
-Responsible for Plant setup and whole plant operation
-Responsible for the Production, Tool-room, Engineering, Material Control, Planning and Purchasing of indirect material for the whole operation, Provide technical support for production.
-Responsible for business expansion and “Lean Manufacturing” in the widest application of the term, like: productivities improvement (cycle time, downtime and reduce headcount)
-Responsible to ensure all KPI of the manufacturing plant are met
-Responsible to improve company’s image focusing on quality and delivery for customer’s satisfaction
-Responsible for profit and loss of the company
-Responsible for line productivities improvement (cycle time, downtime and manpower headcount reduction)

-Engineering Graduate – Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Engineering Course or Experience as Factory Manager/ General Manager/ Operation Manager in a Plastic Injection Molding Company
-with extensive experience in Manufacturing industry/ 15-20 years
