【What will you be working on】
- Develop promotional strategy and activities with suppliers and marketing department to
expand sales and build relationship with SEA suppliers.（Merchandise introduction, Pricing,
Supplier development, Negotiation, catalog (WEB) creation, etc...）
- Communicate directly with supplier and ensure all of customer’s enquiry are answered.
- Response and follow-up on customer’s technical enquiry through phone or email
submission, ensure customer’s satisfaction.
- Update company’s product webpage with information from suppliers.
- Maintenance or update product master database.
- Collate statistics and generate reports
- Prepare internal and external reports to required parties on a regular/ad-hoc basis, including
presentation materials for Board of Director meetings, ensuring strict compliance to all
deadlines.
- Support implementation and management of company-wide plans and projects in cooperation
with business divisions and departments, assisting in problem-solving and analysis, ensuring
alignment with company direction and strategy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

【 What they are looking for 】
- Minimum Degree in Business related field.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT1) as this role requires to prepare documents in Japanese for board
meeting in Japan
- Business level of English is required to liaise with suppliers and for internal communications.
- Minimum 3years(Preferable 5years) of experience in either Corporate Planning, Business
Development, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or Sales related job.

- Similar experience such as working in Global Trading firm or Business Development
experience will be a big advantage.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Access and Excel would be a big advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, able to analyze large amount of data quickly.
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiar with Factory Automation, Press and Mold, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and operation)
and Electronic components added advantage.
