- You will be in charge of Legal manager.

・ Creation of new contract and review of contents
・ Communication with law firms and lawyers
・ Identify and organize legal issues for the new business (Related electric power sale, construction, authorization and so on)
・ Communication with government
・ Development and review of internal regulations
・ Other legal procedures as necessary

応募資格

- Bachelor degree
- Having at least 10 years of related experience in law firm or legal department of the company.
- English: Upper intermediate level

Overseas insurance-related operations
You will be assigned as a coordinator between policyholders and insurance brokers/ insurance companies to ensure Japanese nationalities can experience seamless overseas customer services.
- After obtaining the required Hong Kong insurance licenses, you will be seconded to an insurance broker which the company is affiliated with, and in your capacity as a technical representative, you will be responsible for the various procedures during the insurance application process and follow-up with the client after onboarding.
- As a consultant, giving advise our affiliated Hong Kong insurance brokers on trust schemes that take into account the policyholder's asset allocation and Japanese taxation matters, as well as life and financial planning.
- Being in charge of identifying new insurance products and possible insurance companies for partnership.

SFCライセンスタイプ1、4、及び9を保有するフロントオフィス業務、EAMビジネスの代表者として、主に以下2つのタスクに従事していただきます。

(i)事業開発: 紹介者とのビジネス展開
既存の紹介者から紹介され、関係構築を促進
リレーションシップマネージャー (RM) には、以下が含まれます。
- 超富裕層顧客の特定されたニーズに応え、継続的なフォローアップを通じたソリューション、提案書の作成、緊密な関係の維持
- UHNWI(超富裕層顧客)への魅力的なソリューションの調達
- 日本居住紹介者、およびクライアント紹介の促進
- 紹介者への提案の提供

(ii) クライアント獲得: (i)で言及された紹介者と関わり、クライアントを容易にするためCMの機能、システム、条件、およびプラニングを考慮した紹介。

Be responsible for developing and managing relationships with external parties within the group, particularly those who can introduce clients to our group.
As a representative of the EAM business holding SFC licenses Type 1, 4, and 9, you will be primarily engaged in the following two tasks:
in front office operations,
(i) Business development: Develop business with prospective clients
introduced by existing referrers and promote relationship building as a
Relationship Manager (RM), which includes:
- responding to the identified needs of prospective clients by providing
solutions, creating proposals, and maintaining close relationships
through ongoing follow-ups.
- Sourcing of appealing solutions to UHNWI (prospective clients)
residing in Japan and referrers, and promotion of client referrals by
providing proposals to referrers.
(ii) Client Acquisition: Engage with referrers mentioned in (i) to facilitate client
referrals by considering CM’s functions, systems, conditions, and planning
etc. which facilitates referrers to introduce clients to us.
