仕事内容
Directly communicate with clients via email, chat tool, meeting to meet requirements.
Analysis requirement & create/review design documents (Basic Design, Detail Design)
Review source code, test case, test script
Deploy & manage server configuration.
Lead small team (estimate, assign task, progress tracking, review output to assure quality, report)
Manage project timeline, report to clients on regular basis and manage project performance.

応募資格
More than 3 years of experience in software development as BrSE role
More than 2 years of experience with one of PHP frameworks (Laravel/Wordpress/Symfony)
Review code & debug skill
Experience in creating design document (screen/API/batch design, database)
Experience in testing (manual or automatic)
Good programming fundamental, critical and logical thinking skills
Japanese: good at conversation & writing (JLPT N2 or above)
Commitment to excellence and self-improvement
Proactive in learning
※Nice to have
Good knowledge of JavaScript Framework such as Vue, Angular, React
Good knowledge and experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript
AWS configuration.
Have management skill.
